Postage & Returns

Orders placed by 11am will be posted the same day via 2nd class post. Postage can be upgraded at the checkout if needed.

We are proud to state we always post out orders on time to ensure you, our highly valued customer, receive your order as soon as possible. However if your order has not arrived when expected, please allow a couple of extra days for it to arrive before making enquiries as it is normally just running late with Royal Mail due to the high volume of mail they receive, especially during this busy season.

If you change your mind, want to swap your perfume or get a refund, we will be happy to help! However all returns are to be paid for by the buyer. In the unlikely event that you do need to return perfumes back to us, please allow 3 – 5 working days for all refunds to clear
